Narcissistic abuse is a form of emotional and psychological abuse perpetrated by someone who exhibits a lack of empathy, a need for admiration, and a desire for power and control. It can occur in romantic partnerships, family dynamics, workplaces, or friendships.
Narcissistic Support group being offered/suggested here to take place on Friday's at Forbes Library 2nd floor meeting rooms in Northampton Ma- will provide yarn and a few basic materials to make "warm fuzzies" 10-16-26

At Handmade Things you can create unique art looking back on the silk industry and fashions popular for some men from the 1630's. Leeds, MA was also once a home to a grove of mulberry trees that supplied the fashion industry and so when I came across some very beautiful silk ties made for men circa the 1980's to 1990's I made them into keychains, buttons, and hair pins sold at the Three County Fair in Northampton in 2025. Moving forward to 2026 I used left over yarn and a found old chest that I painted and made "warm fuzzies" to put in and left at the Maine Common Ground Fair in September. A local need or maybe personal wish for a narcissistic abuse support group offering art therapy is now being put out there here on the internet to hopefully muster up support and interest in the Northampton, MA area.
